Default New ways to serve bananas need some advice

Bananas are eaten at our house everyday and at times I run out of ideas how to serve them. We have banana muffins, banana bread, bananas foster and chopped bananas mixed with other fruits. I'd appreciate some new ways to eat them. Please surprise me soon! Thanks so much in advance.

Default new recipe for bananas

How about trying them on the barbie (BBQ) as a desert, leave them on there till the skins are black, not burnt and the banana is soft, empty the banana out of the skin and serve with ice cream and golden syrup. The banana tastes of toffee!
