Default How is eating an actual banana different from drinking banana juice.

Just curious as to what the actual differences are between bananas and how they are in juice form.

Exclamation Bananas are everything

When bananas are liquified, there are several chemical processes that take place in the banana. The main one involves the release of different enzymes which increase the rate of digestion. Banana juice, in this aspect, is healthier than solid banana.
